Unlock the power of the maternal brain

It is my mission to rewrite the story of the maternal brain — as a source of power, insight and growth — and to contribute to a society that takes care of the maternal brain and parental brain. I do this through book talks, courses, keynotes and workshops for mothers and their network, employers, care providers, lecturers and policy makers.

Growth trajectory

Why: You sense there’s untapped potential within your brain, but your maternal brain hasn’t quite caught up yet — it might still be stuck in survival mode. Whether you’re preparing to return to work or feeling out of sync, you’re searching for a new sense of identity beyond motherhood. After the intense early postpartum period, you’re ready to reconnect with yourself, your maternal brain, and your passions. But you feel some support would help. I’m here to guide you in rediscovering the strength of your maternal brain through science-based knowledge, practical exercises, and meaningful connection.

What: A group course (autumn) or personal course (open).

How: Online or in Sint-Denijs-Westrem (Ghent). I draw on scientific insights and combine them with practical tools gained from my education and experience, including a postdoctoral fellowship in neuroscience, a PhD in neurolinguistics, a master’s in health sciences, ICF coaching certification, NLP training, and leadership development at CCL.
